2018 Festival guest Ian Rankin talks about career and comics

The Lakes International Comic Art Festival Podcast team have just released Episode 32, which features a great interview with crime novelist and comics writer Ian Rankin.

The creator of the Rebus novels chats about his career, his love of comics and in particular his work with Sean Phillips on thee Traces of the Great War anthology, which will be released this October.

Ian also wrote a Hellblazer stand-alone for Vertigo, Dark Entries, and a script for one issue of Mark Millar’s comic anthology Clint. He'll be at the Lakes International Comic Arts Festival this year as well, along with a whole host of Scottish creators.
