Edward Taylor releases new book, “Godzilla Tries To Get Out”

We’re delighted to report that playmaker, writer and artist Edward Taylor has published a new Godzilla book, Godzilla Tries To Get Out, a sequel to the wonderful Godzilla’s Lockdown Diary.

Godzilla’s Lockdown Diary, a 56 page full colour comic book, is a charming, beautifully drawn comics project by Edward Taylor, supported by the Lakes International Comic Art Festival, first published digitally by LICAF on Tapas. 

Comic Art Europe "Open Calls" for 2022

Comic Art Europe, a pilot project bringing together four European organisations representing different elements of the comics ecosystem, has launched two “Open Calls” for two projects, building on the success of last year’s activities across the continent, both open to comic creators in the UK and some other countries as well as all 27 European Union member states.

‘Ten Years to Save the World’ international comic exhibition opens in Manchester

A new exhibition in response to the climate crisis -‘Ten Years to Save the World’ - is coming to Manchester from 1 - 12 November

The exhibition is a showcase of comic artwork and storytelling in response to the climate crisis by leading comic artists in the UK and the Philippines.

The free exhibition, held to coincide with COP26, is being held at SeeSaw, 86 Princess St, Manchester M1 6NG and is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
